MY REVIEW

Rarely do I feel the need to share my thoughts about a TV series, but “The Witch’s Game” stirred up such strong feelings that I simply couldn’t hold back.

At the beginning, things seemed okay. However, as the story unfolded, frustration crept in—especially with the main character, whose baffling choices became increasingly hard to swallow. Around episode 50, I couldn’t bear it anymore and had to stop watching. Recently, I peeked at episode 73 out of curiosity, only to find that nothing seemed to have changed. The main character was still making inexplicable decisions, and the story felt stuck.

This drama seems to rely heavily on DNA result swaps, which feels completely unrealistic and, frankly, ridiculous. It’s a shame because the overuse of this trope makes it hard to take the storyline seriously.

Sorry, but I can’t sugarcoat it. “The Witch’s Game” might not be everyone’s cup of tea due to its implausible plot developments and frustrating character decisions.
